Terms and Conditions
Effective date: September 28, 2026 · Last updated: September 28, 2026
Welcome to Crossdata SEO. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at crossdataseo.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
In these Terms, “Crossdata SEO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Crossdata SEO. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the Site.
1. What This Site Is
Crossdata SEO provides SEO and related digital services for home service and construction businesses, including search visibility strategy, website design and development, content strategy, CRM and lead management, and automation.
This Site describes our services and approach, provides informational resources and tools, and allows you to contact us or request information about working with us.
Information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.
2. Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement
Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.
If you hire Crossdata SEO, the scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timelines, responsibilities, ownership rights, termination provisions, and other terms applicable to the engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, contract, statement of work, or other written agreement accepted by both parties.
If these Terms conflict with a client service agreement concerning services provided to you, the client service agreement will control with respect to those services.
3. No Guarantees of Results
We develop strategies and systems using available data, research, industry practices, and professional judgment. However, we do not guarantee any particular marketing or business outcome.
This includes, without limitation:
- search engine rankings
- AI search visibility or citations
- website traffic
- leads or inquiries
- appointments or estimates
- booked jobs
- conversion rates
- sales or revenue
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, search algorithms, platform changes, pricing, reputation, service quality, business capacity, sales processes, response times, customer demand, and implementation.
Case studies, examples, testimonials, calculations, and past results displayed on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
4. Search Engines and AI Platforms
Search engines, maps, directories, AI assistants, and AI-powered search experiences are operated by independent third parties. These may include Google Search, Google Maps, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other platforms.
These third parties determine how their systems crawl, index, rank, display, summarize, cite, recommend, or otherwise present information. Their algorithms, interfaces, policies, and systems may change at any time without notice.
Crossdata SEO may work to improve the visibility, relevance, accessibility, structure, and understandability of a business's online presence. However, we cannot control or guarantee whether, where, or how a third-party platform will rank, display, cite, summarize, or recommend a business or its content.
5. Automation and AI-Assisted Work
Some Crossdata SEO services may involve automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, integrations, or third-party software.
Automated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unexpected results and may require human review.
Where these technologies are incorporated into client work, applicable review processes, approvals, responsibilities, and limitations may be addressed in the relevant service agreement.
Descriptions of automation or AI capabilities on this Site illustrate potential uses only. They do not guarantee that a particular workflow, integration, technology, or result will be appropriate for your business.
6. Calculators and Estimates
Calculators, projections, and similar tools available on the Site, including lead-value or revenue calculators, provide illustrative estimates based on the information you enter and the assumptions used by the tool.
Results are not financial forecasts, quotes, guarantees, promises of performance, or representations of actual future revenue.
Actual lead volume, close rates, job values, expenses, customer behavior, and revenue may differ from the estimates shown.
Unless otherwise stated, or unless you separately submit the information through a form, calculator inputs are used only to generate the displayed calculation.
7. Forms and Communications
When submitting a form through the Site, you agree to provide information that is accurate and current to the best of your knowledge.
If you contact us or submit a request, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide, which may include email, telephone, or text message where appropriate.
Where marketing communications are offered, you may unsubscribe using the instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us directly.
Message and data rates may apply to text communications depending on your carrier and plan.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Analytics and Website Technologies
We may use analytics, measurement, advertising, security, cookies, and similar technologies provided by us or third parties to understand how visitors use the Site, measure performance, maintain security and functionality, and improve our website and services.
Our collection and use of personal information and applicable tracking technologies are described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy or consent tools.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, features, functionality, designs, graphics, logos, branding, copy, calculators, frameworks, and code are owned by or licensed to Crossdata SEO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Please provide sufficient information to identify the copyrighted or protected work, the material you believe is infringing, its location on the Site, your contact information, and the basis for your claim so that we can evaluate your request.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent ordinary access by legitimate search engines or other access that we expressly authorize.
12. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to, integrations with, references to, or content from third-party websites, platforms, products, and services.
Crossdata SEO does not own or control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, or actions.
Your use of third-party websites, platforms, products, or services is subject to the applicable provider's own terms, policies, and practices.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crossdata SEO disclaims warranties and representations, express or implied, concerning the Site, including its accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will always be corrected, or that information available through the Site will meet your particular needs or requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crossdata SEO and its owner, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation, business opportunities, or business interruption.
This limitation applies to losses connected with:
- use of or inability to use the Site
- inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Site content
- calculators, estimates, or informational resources
- third-party websites, platforms, integrations, or tools
- outages, errors, technical failures, or security incidents
- information you submit through forms or Site features
Liability arising under a client service agreement is governed by that agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Crossdata SEO harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Site, infringement of another person's rights through your use of the Site, or material violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may modify, update, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any part of the Site, its content, features, calculators, or functionality from time to time.
We may also update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, our services, or applicable requirements.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Site or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
17. Suspension or Termination of Access
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to all or part of the Site where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, attempted to compromise the Site or its systems, engaged in unlawful activity, or created a material security or operational risk.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after access ends, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you enter into a separate service agreement with Crossdata SEO, the governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution terms stated in that agreement will apply to the services covered by that agreement.
If a dispute relating to this Site arises, both parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable law.
19. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Crossdata SEO concerning your use of the Site. They do not replace or modify any separate proposal, service agreement, statement of work, or other contract governing services provided to a client.
